Emme's 2nd Birthday

Emme turned two on December 3rd, and we celebrated her birthday the following weekend at the community park. The weather was absolutely beautiful. We had an Elmo theme since about the only TV Emme will tolerate is Sesame Street. She loves Elmo, Zoe, and Cookie Monster.

We kept things small with Michael's brother, sister-in-law and their three children, and our dear friends the Manuels with their two boys (the older one is Amelia's 'prince', they have known each other since they were about 9 months old and they have a birthday one day apart). Grandpa and Suzanne and of course my parents were there as well. We brought the Barbie jeep and Amelia showed off her driving skills. She only ran into a brick pillar once : )
